The pool comprises a multi-disciplined team of experts covering Business Management, Domain Expertise, Programme & Project Management and Product Management, together with deep technical skills including Solution and Technical Architects. Our personnel are graded from Managing through Senior Managing to Principal Consultant, with our focus being on the supply of senior, highly experienced professionals, many of whom are known and respected within their individual areas of work.
Through an established partnership with a leading consultancy, we also have access to more junior staff with the relevant technical skills; working together we have developed the necessary processes to enable fast, effective and appropriately skilled and security cleared teams to be brought together to quickly respond to customer needs. So, whether the requirement is for a single specialist consultant, or a multi-disciplined team, getITright can successfully deliver it.
Our approach is to ensure our consultants/teams conduct in-depth on the job training (OJT) of in-house staff whilst deployed on a task. They will also document all work to a high standard, any churn will be handled formally with a handover being undertaken prior to any changeover. Additionally, at the end of a contract the parties will have prepared and agreed a detailed handover to the customer staff.
