It’s been a great start to 2026 for getITright, and I am thrilled to welcome another new member of our expanding team:-

Simon joins us as Consultant – Business Support.

Simon brings nearly three decades of experience across customer-facing and operational roles, with a strong background in Human Resources, security, and organisational problem-solving.

Simon previously held senior HR leadership responsibility within a major European organisation employing over 10,000 people, later progressing into Head of Security, where he adopted an intelligence-led approach to protecting people, data, and assets.

A consistent theme throughout Simon’s career has been his ability to understand real organisational needs and develop practical, user-focused solutions, whether supporting individuals or addressing complex business challenges. His experience spans bespoke system development, risk management, personal safety training, covert investigations and consultancy support for organisations of varying size and complexity.

With strong links to policing and wider public safety and with extensive experience in training and a reputation for tenacity and delivery, Simon adds significant depth to the getITright team and our rapidly expanding toolkit.
